Cory Hoffman works out of both Pittsburgh and Washington, DC, offices of Commercial Real

Estate Advisors. Cory provides both real estate and business brokerage services to business owner

clients. Cory is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, DC, as well as

holds his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation. He graduated from the Copeland College of

Business at Ohio University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

As a real estate broker, Cory has completed hundreds of leasing and sales transactions. Cory’s

has experience with office, flex, industrial, and retail properties as well as land acquisition and

disposition. As a business broker, Cory has experience in industries including construction, childcare,

moving/storage, manufacturing, insurance, outdoor power equipment rental, service & sales,

restaurants, managed IT services as well as various other types of service related businesses. He has

owned and operated several successful small businesses in various industries including retail,

healthcare, and multimedia.



Cory lives in Greensburg, PA, with his wife Kelly and their 2 daughters. He enjoys spending time

with family, exercising, skiing, and travelling.
