Justin Talesnick is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant representation with a focus on the healthcare industry. He has successfully represented a diverse range of medical practices across the Washington, D.C. area, helping them find ideal spaces tailored to their needs.  Justin’s experience extends to multifaceted commercial transactions, encompassing office, retail, and industrial leasing.

Before entering the commercial real estate sector, Justin worked at Bethesda based Lockheed Martin, where he was part of the Finance Leadership Development Program. This experience laid a strong foundation for his transition to real estate.

Justin holds an MBA from American University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and staying active through basketball and tennis.
