Herb Palm is a Principal and Founder of Commercial Real Estate Advisors and has been with the firm since its inception in 2007.  Herb offers nearly 40 years of commercial real estate holding leadership positions with some of the most successful companies in the Mid-atlantic region, including The Oliver Carr Company and Charles E. Smith Companies with proven expertise in sales, leasing, marketing, development and property management.  He has received significant recognition for his work in commercial real estate, including being named a Lifetime Director of the Northern Virginia Chapter – National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) as well as a Lifetime Member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales and Leasing Club.
